The objective of the invention is to identify a provider providing information required by a user, without infringing the privacy of others. A wearable terminal device comprises: a display disposed in a position visible to a user when the wearable terminal device is being used; a detecting unit which detects a certain action or operation carried out by the user when the user wishes to receive a certain service; and a control unit which, in accordance with the detection from the detecting unit, displays, on the display, information making it possible to identify, from among people displayed on the display, the provider providing the certain service.
