Provided are: a culture ventilation plug, which is configured so as to improve reduction of ventilation when the plug stops the mouth of a vessel and which has excellent washability and sterilizability; a lid kit; and a culture ventilation plug frame. The culture ventilation plug comprises a ventilation plug body (20), which is able to ensure ventilation between the inside and outside of a culturing vessel, and a frame (10) having a holding section (22) for holding the ventilation plug body (20) and a fitting section (24) that can be attached to and detached from the opening of the culturing vessel. The ventilation plug body (20) is held in the holding section (22) so as to allow repeated attachment to and detachment from the frame (10).
