This energy supply and demand operational guidance device comprises an alarm display unit (7) which displays alarm information on a guidance screen (8) if the operating cost calculated value is lower than the operating cost actual value and if the operating cost corrected value is higher than the operating cost actual value or the amount of increase in the supply and demand operating cost calculated by an operating cost increase calculation unit (4) is greater than or equal to a set value. Further, the alarm display unit (7) outputs the actual value of the supply and demand amount of an energy utility at the present time and an optimal supply and demand amount of the energy utility calculated by an optimization calculation unit (5). By this means, it is possible to suppress increases in the operating cost of an energy utility which are due to prediction errors in the future supply-demand balance of the energy utility.
