The present invention provides a cargo tank system that comprises a storage tank having an inner space therein for storing liquid cargo, wherein the periphery of the storage tank includes portions supported by inner walls of a hull through support structures and corner portions at which surfaces of the storage tank meet. Support connection parts that connect the storage tank and the inner walls of the hull are installed to have an orientation and a tension in order to restrict an inward movement of the storage tank due to thermal shrinkage thereof, and the corner portions are flexibly formed to extend to a wider range in order to reflect the thermal shrinkage of the storage tank.
