An extrusion type metal flow 3D printer comprises a rack (1), a printing device (4), a feeding device (5), lasers (31), and an inert gas supply device (6). The rack (1) is provided with a workbench (2) capable of moving along the X-axis and the Y-axis direction, a machine head (3) capable of moving along the Z-axis direction, and the feeding device (5) feeding metal wires. The printing device (4) installed in the machine head (3) comprises a printing head (42), a high-frequency coil (43) and a high-frequency electric induction heating device (44). The printing head comprises a tungsten steel nozzle (46), a ceramic tube stack (47), a high-temperature resistance ceramic protective sleeve (48) and a stainless steel end cover (49). The tungsten steel nozzle (46) is provided with an extrusion hole (464). At least one laser (31) is installed on the lower end surface of the machine head (3), and the laser (31) is used for locally preheating and melting metal layers formed by printing metal wires or is used for reinforcing the binding force between the metal layers. An inert gas supply device (6) is installed on the rack (1), and used for supplying inert gas to the printing head (3) so that the printing head (3) can spray the inert gas. The printer is simple in structure, low in cost, and capable of locally preheating and melting the metal layers formed by printing the metal wires or reinforcing the binding force between the metal layers, so that the printing effect and the model forming effect are greatly improved. |
