The present invention relates to an energy storing device, a server, and an operating method thereof. The energy storing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: at least one battery pack; a network interface unit which transmits and receives data to and from a server; an access unit which receives alternating-current power from an internal power grid or outputs alternating-current power to the internal power grid; and a power converting unit which receives and converts, when receiving power information to be stored from the server, alternating-current power from the internal power grid on the basis of storage power information, or converts, when receiving power information to be output to the internal power grid from the server, direct-current power stored in the battery pack into alternating-current power on the basis of output power information. Accordingly, it is possible to efficiently store energy. |
