An embodiment of the prevent invention relates to an optical measuring method to measure radiation dose, comprising the steps of: connecting an optical connector terminal of a dosimeter which is not irradiated with radiation to a first coupler connected to an optical unit; oscillating inputted light having a predetermined wavelength through the optical unit; measuring the first power value of reflected light which is reflected by the optical fiber included in the dosimeter to a first output terminal; connecting an optical connector terminal of a dosimeter which is irradiated with radiation to the first coupler connected to the optical unit; oscillating inputted light having the same wavelength through the optical unit; measuring the second power value of reflected light which is reflected after radiation exposure by the optical fiber included in the dosimeter; and drawing radiation exposure amounts with a difference between the first and second power values. |
