<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully radiate heat of a semiconductor type light source toward outside from a heat sink member. <P>SOLUTION: The headlight includes a heat sink member 9, semiconductor type light sources 2U, 2D, a fixed reflector 3 with reflecting surfaces 10U, 10D, movable reflectors 4U, 4D with reflecting surfaces 12U, 12D, a solenoid 5, a driving force transmission mechanism 6, and a heat insulation member 18. The heat insulation member 18 is interposed between the solenoid 5 and the heat sink member 9.
