摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring device capable of achieving boring to a hard-to-cut material at a high speed in a high quality. <P>SOLUTION: This boring device 1 includes a cutting tool 11, a spindle 12 capable of installing the cutting tool, a rotating motor for rotating the cutting tool via the spindle, an inside member 13 capable of storing the spindle, an outside member 14 having a rotary shaft A14 turned substantially vertically to a processing object surface and a guide hole 14g capable of movably storing the inside member, and a revolving motor M1 for revolving the cutting tool by rotating the outside member. The axis A13 of the inside member inclines to the rotary shaft A14 of the outside member. A rotating shaft A11 of the cutting tool can be offset parallel between a position coincident with the rotary shaft A14 of the outside member and a position separate in the radial direction and the axial direction from the rotary shaft A14 by moving the inside member along the guide hole.
