A lighting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light emitting unit; a light guide plate which provides a travel path of light emitted from the light emitting unit and includes a top side portion, a first lateral side portion in which the light emitting unit is disposed, a second lateral side portion which is the opposite side to the first lateral side portion, and a bottom side portion which connects a lower end of the first lateral side portion and a lower end portion of the second lateral side; and a reflector which covers the top side portion and the second lateral side portion to reflect the light passing through the light guide plate toward the bottom side portion, wherein the light guide plate may include multiple predetermined distance-deep prism patterns which are concavely formed on the top side portion so that at least part of the light emitted from the light emitting unit is reflected with directivity to a lighting area near a user. The distribution of light of the lighting device can be effectively controlled even if the lighting device is installed at a boundary area of a place for convenience in installation. |
