<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component such as an electrochemical cell in which an electrolyte does not contact a metal layer via an electrode at all times. <P>SOLUTION: A concave container 2 has a concavity 13. At the bottom of the concavity 13, a storage part 17 having a metal layer 11 is formed on the bottom surface. On the metal layer 11, a collector 18a whose conductive material is carbon is formed, and an electrode 6 is fixed on it. In a sealing plate 3, alloy such as Kovar is used and a recessed storage part 310 (second concavity) whose center part is bent is formed. On the concave side of the storage part 310, a metal layer 15 of nickel plating is formed over the whole surface of the sealing plate 3, a collector 18b whose conductive material is carbon is formed on the metal layer 15 and an electrode 5 used as a negative electrode is fixed on it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
