<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-rigid feed guide mechanism of a machine tool, capable of: preventing rotation of a reciprocating bar having a tool support member disposed at one end in the longitudinal direction, of the reciprocating bar; guiding the reciprocating bar stably and accurately in the longitudinal direction; and compactifying the machine tool and allowing improved machining accuracy of the machine tool, when assembled to the machine tool. <P>SOLUTION: The feed guide mechanism of the machine tool includes: the tool support member 2 supporting a tool 7; the reciprocating bar 3 having the tool support member 2 disposed at one end in the longitudinal direction of the bar 3, and longitudinally extending guided faces 8 formed along three or more places in the circumferential direction on a periphery; a bar support member 4 having three or more guide faces with which respective guided faces 8 of the reciprocating bar 3 slide-contact in the longitudinal direction, a guided body 22 connected to the reciprocating bar 3 via connecting members 20 and 21, a guiding body 23 disposed on a member 14 provided with the bar support member 4; and a linear motion rolling guide 5 guiding the reciprocating bar 3 in the longitudinal direction at a position away from the reciprocating bar 3 in the radial direction of the reciprocating bar 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
