<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding torch capable of restraining deposition of sputtering during welding and thermal deformation. <P>SOLUTION: The welding torch includes a torch body 6, a tip holder 5 mounted on the tip of the torch body 6 and having a through-hole 5A, a contact tip 1 mounted on the tip of the tip holder 5, an insulator 4 mounted on the tip of the torch body 6 so as to surround the tip holder 5, a nozzle 2 mounted at a tip side of the insulator 4 so as to surround the tip holder 5 and the contact tip 1, and an orifice 3 having a discharge hole 3A which can communicate an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side of the orifice 3 by forming a surge chamber 10 between the orifice 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the tip holder 5 containing the through-hole 5A at a tip side, of the tip holder 5, of a portion surrounded with the insulator 4. A heat radiation member 9 formed of a carbon compound containing no metal compound is connected with the outer peripheral surface of the contact tip 1 containing at least the tip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
