The present invention relates to a rotary saw blade of a grooving machine. According to an embodiment of the present invention, multiple rotary saw blades are installed in a drive shaft of a grooving machine at uniform intervals to form anti-slip grooves on the surface of a road. A shaft hole is formed at the center of the rotary saw blade. Cutting blades are arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotary saw blade at uniform intervals. Dust discharging grooves for discharging dust from a cutting work are formed on either one surface or both surfaces of the cutting blade, wherein the cutting work is to form anti-slip grooves.
