A dust collection unit and a vacuum cleaner having the same are disclosed. The dust collection unit comprises: inlet pipes discharging sucked dust and a sucked air to the inside of water in a circumferential direction to primary-rotate the water; and a water cyclone member secondary-rotating the water containing the dust and the air separated from each other through primary rotation in the circumferential direction.
