Provided are a data integrated audio video navigation (AVN) apparatus which shares information between devices by using a common platform based on compatible HTML5 even in a heterogeneous operating system (OS), and a data integrated AVN system having the same. According to the present invention, the data integrated AVN apparatus which is mounted in a vehicle comprises: a data collection unit for collecting data from first devices which are registered and connected; an information processing unit for storing the data in a database interlocked with a server, and allowing a user terminal to have access to the server by using a web-based interface; a device interlocking unit for providing an interface-based application to the first devices, and connecting the first devices by using the application; and a device management unit for registering second devices, which are located on the periphery, in a list. |
