The present invention relates to a method which produces a sulfur particle using an inverse miniemulsion reaction and forms a micronet by the carbon-based conductive material through coating a carbon-based conductive material on an outer wall of the sulfur particle. Accordingly, a self-discharge effect of the secondary battery can be reduced and the lifespan by inhibiting the loss of polysulfide during charging / discharging can be improved.
