<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for steam cleaning an instrument, which is suitable to clean a very delicate, expensive medical instrument (e.g., an ophthalmic instrument). <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for steam cleaning an instrument includes: a washing tray 20 that consists of a placing mat plate 21 on a front surface of which a heat-resistant elastic projection group is dispersively disposed in a brush-like state, a pressure mat plate 22 on a back surface of which a heat-resistant elastic projection group is dispersively disposed in a brush-like state, and a tray case 23 which accommodates the placing mat plate 21 and the pressure mat plate 22 together with a medical instrument MT sandwiched between their heat-resistant elastic projection groups; a rotary driving part 13 which rotates a washing tray 20 around a center spindle 23a and 23b; steaming nozzles 32a and 32b which jet steam to the medical instrument MT held by the washing tray 20 to wash; and an air blow outlet 42 that sprays air on the medical instrument MT held by the washing tray 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
