<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element that can be identified and has less reduction in a transmission amount. <P>SOLUTION: An optical element comprises: a translucent substrate 11; and a light shielding film 12 provided in a peripheral region out of an optical region of the translucent substrate 11. The light shielding film 12 includes: a reflecting layer 121 for reflecting light made incident to the translucent substrate 11; and an absorbing layer 122 for absorbing the light. The reflecting layer 121 and the absorbing layer 122 are sequentially laminated on a surface of the translucent substrate 11. The light shielding film 12 is provided with recognition marks M. The recognition marks M are recessed portions 2 provided in a thickness direction of the absorbing layer 122. As a result that the recognition marks M exist in the peripheral region out of the optical region of the translucent substrate 11, original function as an optical element 10 is not inhibited. Further, since the recognition marks M are formed in the absorbing layer 122, not in the reflecting layer 121, stray light in the optical element 10 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
