<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for connecting a steel pipe pile which can use a steel pipe pile with the length of a general standard size when burying the steel pipe pile with a pile driver of a ground improvement specification; and a method for constructing the steel pipe pile. <P>SOLUTION: A cap 21 for connecting steel pipe pile which connects a rotation driving device 16 and a steel pipe pile 22 comprises a steel pipe pile insertion cylinder 21a into which the steel pipe pile can be inserted from below, a rotation driving device connection part 21b installed at the top edge of the steel pipe pile insertion cylinder, a projection insertion groove 21c which is installed in the inner peripheral surface of the steel pipe pile insertion cylinder and through which an engaging projection 22a projecting in the upper outer periphery of the steel pipe pile can pass, and an upper engaging part 21d and a lower engaging part 21e which are each installed at the upper and lower parts of the projection insertion groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
