<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter improvable in tensile strength while being suppressed in the lowering of softness. <P>SOLUTION: An extension 41 is formed at a remote side remote from a remote-side leg region 13e of a balloon 13 in the stent delivery catheter 10. A slit 42 is formed at the extension 41. Furthermore, a cover tube 43 which covers the extension 41 from the external peripheral side is formed. The cover tube 43 is formed of a material softer than the extension 41. Here, a part of the cover tube 43 intrudes into the slit 42 in a range in which the extension 41 is not covered from the internal peripheral side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
