<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-proof structural material having sufficient strength for enduring multidirectional quake and vibration when earthquake occurs, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same and an earthquake-proof shelter using the same.SOLUTION: An earthquake-proof structural material 1 includes a spring 3 arranged inside a pipe material 2 with its expanding direction along the long-side direction of the pipe material 2, and a curable material 4 filled in the pipe material 2. The method of manufacturing the earthquake-proof structural material 1 includes a spring inserting step of inserting the long spring 3 into the pipe material 2 with its expanding direction along the long-side direction of the pipe material 2, a filling step of filling the curable material into the pipe material 2, and a spring rotating step of rotating the spring 3 in the short-side direction. The earthquake-proof shelter uses the earthquake-proof structural material 1 as a structural material.</p> |
