<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system for vehicles which can appropriately distribute information about a region which may possibly relate to traffic congestion.SOLUTION: A navigation device 1 acquires traffic information including at least one of weather information and event information from a broadcasting facility 3 with radio communication. On the basis of at least one of the weather information and the event information included in the traffic information thus acquired, it is determined whether telematics information provided from a distribution server 5 through a mobile communication network 4 is downloaded or not, and when it is determined that the telematics information is downloaded, the telematics information is downloaded through the mobile communication network 4 and a communication terminal 2.</p> |
