摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sintering resistance by increasing a crystallite diameter of a metal nanoparticle while suppressing aggregation of particles, fusion and carbonization of a metal. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing metal nanoparticles includes: a step of preparing raw material metal nanoparticles 10 whose average particle size is within a range of 20-120 nm; and a heat treatment step of heating the raw material metal nanoparticles 10 at a temperature within the range of 200°C-320°C in a non-polar organic solvent whose boiling point is 200°C or higher and whose main component is aromatic hydrocarbon whose aromatic rings are condensed or singly-bonded or its hydride, or an aromatic ether compound whose aromatic rings are connected by oxygen atoms or its hydride. It is preferable that the non-polar organic solvent contains naphthalene, phenanthrene, methylnaphthalene, biphenyl, diethyl diphenyl, diphenyl ether, dibenzyl toluene, benzyl diphenyl, triphenyl hydride, tetralin, dicyclohexyl benzene, and cyclohexyl biphenyl, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
