<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which is excellent in output efficiency and element service life and has high production stability (drying properties), and to provide a display device and a lighting device using the organic electroluminescent element. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element including one or more organic functional layers between an anode and a cathode is characterized in that: each of the organic functional layers is an electron transport layer, a hole transport layer, or a light-emitting layer; at least one of the organic functional layers is a layer containing particles and having a film thickness in a range of 5-100 nm; and a particle diameter distribution of the particles has two or more maximum values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
