<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind hole cleaning apparatus capable of collecting a cleaning liquid which cleans the inside of the blind hole by jetting the blind hole and reusing it. <P>SOLUTION: The blind hole cleaning apparatus includes: a lid member equipped with a feeding opening for feeding a cleaning liquid into the blind hole formed in an article to be cleaned, and a collecting opening for collecting the cleaning liquid from the blind hole, and covering the opening of the blind hole; a circulation path equipped with a feeding path for feeding the cleaning liquid from a tank for circulation to the feeding opening and a collecting path for collecting the cleaning liquid from the collecting opening to the tank for circulation; a pump for circulation for circulating the cleaning liquid in the circulation path; an air bubble generating means for generating fine air bubbles into the cleaning liquid to be fed to the feeding opening. The cleaning liquid taken out from the tank for circulation by the pump for circulation, in which the fine air bubbles are generated by the air bubble generating means, is jetted into the blind hole from the feeding opening of the lid member. The cleaning liquid which cleaned the inside of the blind hole is collected into the tank for circulation from the collecting opening of the lid member, and is reused for cleaning the blind hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
