<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe supporting device which can perform operation adding the pipe supporting device of a pipe arrangement laid on a power plant facility at short time as well as piping supporting method. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe supporting device 10 is composed of a horizontal material 16, a pair of angle members 18, 20, a metal fitting 22, and plate-like bodies 24, 24.... A body 26 is constructed by the horizontal material 16 and the pair of angle members 18, 20. The body 26 is manufactured at a factory and then is carried into the power plant facility. Method of supporting a piping 12 by the pipe supporting device 10 includes welding and fixing one end of the horizontal material 16 on a post 14 in a horizontal direction, while passing the piping 12 between the pair of angle members 18, 20, inserting the metal fitting 22 into from above the angle member 18, and inserting the plate-like bodies 24, 24 between the metal fitting 22 and the angle member 18 if the thickness of the metal fitting 22 is not enough, for making the clearance (G2) smaller so as to adjust total value (G1+G2) in the range of the prescribed clearance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
