<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus including a waste toner storage container that is provided through effective use of a space inside the apparatus, which has been uselessly used, efficiently stores waste toner, and has excellent visibility. <P>SOLUTION: A waste toner storage container made of a transparent or translucent resin for storing waste toner generated in association with an operation of an image forming unit is provided to an opening and closing unit that has a paper conveying path for double-sided printing and opens and closes to an apparatus body. The waste toner storage container has the outermost surface that is formed to have an additional paper conveying function for guiding conveyance of paper. The opening and closing operation of the opening and closing unit allows waste toner to be efficiently stored in the container, and to be visually recognized from outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
