PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that causes light from a back face to transmit therethrough, enables display information such as characters and graphics on a display board to be clearly viewed from a front face, and that hardly causes the shadow of a supporting member or the like such as a support post to be recognised from the front face even when the shadow of the supporting member or the like such as a support post arranged on the back face is projected onto the back face of the display board.SOLUTION: A display device 100 according to the invention comprises: a light source member 10; a display board 40; a light guide plate 20 arranged tightly or with a distance on a back face of the display board 40, and including an emission surface 25a emitting light incident from a side face 21 and from a light source member to the display board 40; and a translucent adjustment member arranged on an emission target surface 25b formed opposite to the emission surface 25a of the light guide plate 20. Illuminance of visible light emitted from the front face of the display board is 20 to 80% with respect to the illuminance of visible light emitted on the back face. |
