<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion composition having excellent dispersion stability and having very high refractive index when prepared as a curable composition capable of forming a film having a small difference in film thickness between the center portion and the peripheral portion thereof even when applied the composition on a large size wafer, and to provide a curable composition using the same, a transparent film, a microlens and a solid-state imaging element. <P>SOLUTION: The dispersion composition includes: metal oxide particles (A) having a primary particle diameter of 1-100 nm; a graft copolymer (B) having a graft chain in which the number of atoms in the graft chain except hydrogen atoms is 40-10,000; and a solvent (C), wherein a content of the metal oxide particles (A) is≥50 mass% and≤90 mass% based on a total solid content of the dispersion composition, and the graft copolymer (B) has a structural unit having an acid group in an amount of≥25 mass% and≤90 mass% based on a total mass of the graft copolymer (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
