Disclosed are a method and device for configuring Radio Bearer (RB), the method comprises: the NodeB receives the message from the UE, wherein the message is used for indicating the NodeB to configure the at least one RB; before the NodeB completes configuring the at least one RB, the NodeB transmits the response message in response to the message to the UE. The present invention solves the problem of the long ATTACH time delay in the related art, and in turn shortens the ATTACH time delay. |
