The present invention relates to an ultra-pure water producing apparatus. According to the present invention, the ultra-pure water producing apparatus allows a user to control a setting of the ultra-pure water producing apparatus so as to filter out and circulate ultra-pure water autonomously, if concentration of ultra-pure water falls below a set point during an ultra-pure water producing process, thereby providing effects of maintaining concentration of ultra-pure water in a specific level. |
