<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress to the minimum, the trouble of stop of a printer etc. with a recording medium in printing left by securing the power supply when a power supply circuit stops. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming system includes: a printing part 2; a power supply circuit 10 that supplies electric power to the printing part 2; a connector 7 that connects a communication cable 60 that has a power supply route; a connection detection part 5 that detects whether a computer 50 is connected through the communication cable 60; and a switching part 5 that switches the power supply line so that the electric power is supplied from the computer 50 side to the printing part 2 through the communication cable 60 when the connection to the computer 50 is detected by the connection detection part 5, when he power supply circuit 10 is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
