According to the present invention, a seaweed snack can be manufactured by comprising: a first step for drying and cutting seaweeds; a second step for applying sauce on the partial or the whole surface of the seaweeds in the first step; and a third step for drying and cooling the seaweeds applied with sauce in the second step. The present invention offers effects on the easy intake of dietary fibers, potassium, calcium, iodine, etc., contained in the seaweeds for increasing metabolism. |
