Embodiments of the present invention relates to a chip for real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR), implemented with an optical noise-removing unit, and to a PCR apparatus comprising the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to remove a significant amount of optical noises associated with optical signals generated from PCR products, thereby making it possible to carry out an accurate and rapid real-time PCR.
