<p>A method for cleaning a coating die, and a coating apparatus are provided to transfer the gas-liquid interface of gas and cleaning fluid throughout the entire length of a slit. A method for cleaning a coating die comprises the following steps: dipping the front end of the coating die(9) into cleaning fluid with vibration waves applied from a cleaning tank(11); inflowing the cleaning fluid into the coating die through a slit(7); inflowing gas into the coating die through the slit; and separating the front end of the coating die from the liquid surface of the cleaning fluid when inflowing the gas.</p> |
