<p>A signal processing board for outputting a driving signal to voice coils is disposed at a proper position. A voice coil speaker 1 has a speaker frame 13, a diaphragm 24 supported by the speaker frame 13, a bobbin 21 which is connected to the diaphragm 24 and has voice coils 22 formed thereon, and a signal processing board 32 for processing a driving signal to be output to the voice coil 22.
