A mobile terminal comprises: a wireless communications unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The control unit determines whether or not a call quality is measured based on user status information during a voice call, extracts log information from database based on a result of the call quality measurement, measures a cause and a solution of call quality degradation based on the log information, and controls to display the measured cause and solution of call quality degradation through the display unit. |
