The present invention relates to a directional coupler having variable directors. More specifically, the directional coupler having variable directors is composed of a directional coupler used for high-frequency communications and length-adjustable variable directors, wherein the directors are at least one pair of directors each of which are coupled to a penetration-hole (12) through a housing conductor (10) so that a high-frequency signal (S) divided into a coupling line (32) is stably separated. The directional coupler having the variable directors provides a secure use environment by enabling an internally induced coupling signal according to input high-frequency signals to be stably divided or coupled, and a reflected wave reflected by the housing conductor to be minimized, thereby exhibiting an improved return loss and directivity in handling high-frequency signals.
