The present invention relates to a fabrication method for offering high elasticity to sleeved silk for a bed mattress, which comprises: a raw material-supplying step (S10) for supplying a fiber which is to be used for the sleeved silk; a first cotton mixing step (S20) mixing the fibers; a carding step (S30) shaping into a web with the fiber; a needle punching step (S40) for binding the web; a thermosetting step (S50) for bonding the needle-punched web with high-density; and a winding step (S60) winding the sleeved silk of a size standard. |
