A radio frequency switch according to the present invention includes: a common port for receiving and transmitting a radio frequency signal; a receiving switch part including a first switch part having a plurality of first switch devices connected serially with each other and a second switch part having a plurality of second switch devices connected serially with each other; and a transmitting switch part including a third switch part having a plurality of third switch devices connected serially with each other and a fourth switch part having a plurality of fourth switch devices connected serially with each other. The receiving switch part may include a plurality of first capacitors further which is connected between a first stage and a body port of each of the first switch devices, and the transmitting switch part may include a plurality of second capacitors further which is connected between a second stage and a body port of each of the third switch devices.
