The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof, in which the resistance of cathode electrodes formed in pixel areas of an organic light emitting display panel is lowered to prevent brightness of a displayed image from being lowered and to improve image quality. The organic light emitting diode display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a driving thin film transistor which is formed on a substrate; and an organic light emitting diode which includes a first electrode electrically connected to the driving thin film transistor, a second electrode opposed to the first electrode, a sub-electrode formed in an image non-display area, and a light emitting layer provided between the opposed first and second electrodes, wherein the sub-electrode is configured on the same layer as that of the first electrode, and is electrically connected to the second electrode. |
