<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation mechanism for a cover capable of effectively utilizing a space as a rotation mechanism for a cover configured to hold a cover on one plane of a main body rotatably on a rotary shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A first rotary holding part 50 holds an upper cover 5 on an upper surface of a main-body housing 30 at a left end part on the back side of the upper cover 5. The first rotary holding part 50 comprises a first cover fitting member 51 having a first fitting part 52 and a second fitting member 53, and a first holding member 55. The first fitting member 52 has a first fitting projection part 52A inserted into a first fitting recessed part 7 formed in the back of the upper cover 5, and a fitting recessed part 52B. The second fitting member 53 has a fitting projection part 53A inserted into the fitting recessed part 52B of the first fitting member 52, and a rotary shaft 53B held by a shaft holding part 65A of the first holding member 55.
