<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a papermaking apparatus capable of sufficiently pressing wet paper even though a thickness of a water-absorbing belt is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The papermaking apparatus having one press roller 33 that can freely approach and separate from the other press roller 32 comprises: a spring 40 for energizing one press roller 33 in a direction in which one press roller 33 approaches the other press roller 32; an adjustment device 41 for adjusting press pressure of the press rollers 32 and 33; a detection device for detecting an amount of change of a length L of the spring 40; and a control part for controlling the adjustment device 41 on the basis of the detected amount of change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
