<p>The invention provides a microwave heating device capable of uniformly heating to-be-heated objects arranged in a heating chamber even without the presence of any drive mechanism. First microwave irradiation parts (105a, 105d) out of a plurality of microwave radiation parts (105a, 105b, 105c, 105d) are arranged oppositely at the antinode part of a standing wave generated in a waveguide tube (104). Second microwave irradiation parts (105b, 105c), adjacent to the first microwave irradiation parts (105a, 105d), are also arranged in the waveguide tube (104) along the conveying direction, wherein the distance between the second microwave irradiation parts is larger than one fourth of the wavelength of the standing wave while smaller than one half of the wavelength of the standing wave.</p> |
