<p>The utility model aims at providing a silk screen printer. Cheap equipment can be used for carrying out environmental conditioning of ambient gas of soldering paste on a mask template when the silk screen printer implements silk screen printing. The silk screen printer (1) comprises a printer main body (3) and a cover component (4). Pattern holes (12h) are formed in the mask template (12) and the lower side of the mask template (12) is connected with a base plate (PB) in a butted mode. The soldering paste (Hp) is supplied on the mask plate (12) to enable a scraper plate to glide so that the soldering paste (Hp) is transferred form the pattern holes (12h) to base plate (PB). The cover component (4) is installed to cover the printer main body (3), wherein an xerantic power supplied form the exterior of the cover component (4) can be conducted into an eddy occurring type cooler (60) by use of compressed air so that cold air can be generated. The generated cold air is exhausted out to space which is covered by the cover component (4). Air around the soldering paste (Hp) supplied for the mask template (12) can be cooled. Meanwhile, printer main body (3) can be used for silk screen printing.</p> |
