The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation for oral administration, containing, as an active ingredient, clomipramine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and, as taste masking agents, a cation exchange resin and an anionic polymer. The pharmaceutical preparation can be orally administered while containing a pharmaceutically effective amount of clomipramine, since all the bitter, spicy, and sharp tastes of clomipramine are masked effectively, thereby improving convenience in drug administration and portability as well. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a preparation method thereof.
