The present invention relates to a moisture measuring device, capable of being carried by a user, and solving a problem about a big deviation between measured moisture data and actual skin moisture, which the existing skin contact resistance measuring method has. According to the present invention, the moisture measuring device includes an insulator making contact with skin; a first electrode pattern inserted into the insulator; a second electrode pattern inserted into the insulator, and staying away from the first electrode pattern; a frequency oscillator electrically connected to the first and second electrode patterns to transmit a frequency for moisture measurement to the first and second electrode patterns; a converter electrically connected to the first and second electrode patterns, and converting a frequency for a skin moisture amount when the frequency for moisture measurement is transformed into the frequency for a skin moisture amount through the capacitance of the second electrode pattern and the capacitance of the first electrode pattern; and a skin moisture amount digitizing the converted frequency for a skin moisture amount by being electrically connected to the converter, and then detecting skin moisture amount data by comparing the digitized frequency for a moisture skin amount to a set skin moisture amount table. |
