摘要 The present invention relates to a method for purifying enzymes used in a polymerized enzyme chain reaction and, more specifically, to a method for practically removing external polluted DNA by processing ethidium monoazide (EMA) or propidium monoazide (PMA) in a fraction including an enzyme used in a polymerized enzyme chain reaction. According to the method of the present invention, as external polluted DNA derived from a host cell is effectively removed, the method can provide a highly reliable result by excluding a false-positive result due to polluted nucleic acid when a polymerized enzyme chain reaction is executed by using the enzymes of the present invention. In addition, the method can greatly enhance the effectiveness of the polymerized enzyme chain reaction, and can thus increase the accuracy and reliability of molecular diagnosis using the polymerized enzyme chain reaction.
