<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and a control method therefor capable of appropriate optical correction if an optical parameter necessary for identifying an optical correction value differs depending on a lens unit model.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is capable of mounting a plurality of types of interchangeable lenses having mutually different optical parameters necessary for identifying the optical correction value. From the mounted interchangeable lens, an optical parameter according to the type of the interchangeable lens is acquired. Based on optical correction data stored in a memory and the optical parameter, an optical correction value is identified to perform optical correction on an imaged image.</p> |
